Apparently it's made out of polypropylene foam; now I have no idea what polypropylene foam but it's strong, so you don't need to worry about breaking the Pico Micro Helicopter if your flying skills aren't up to scratch.
The Pico Micro Helicopter has a super long flying distance of upto 30 feet, which certainly suprised me considering it's such a tiny flying machine.
The battery life is quite impressive for such a miniture beast; on only half an hours charge, the Pico Micro Helicopter is capable of 10 minutes of air time!

I am 11 years old, my mom got me a pico for christmas. I am in a national helicopter club. the pico is a great heli for anyone who is not looking to spend alot of money. It has great gontrol and I would recomend it for anybody

Cheap, yes! Sucks - no way. you want simple, fun, fast recharge, bounce it off anything (even the cat), get a Pico.

The best thing to do Jim would be to return the Pico Helecopter to Firebox.com (I imagine that's where you bought it from) who will no doubt send you a replacement.

broken rutter
the pico 2 helicopter that i purchased 2 days ago broke. the rutter will not make enough force for the helicopter to become stable. i think the gears are out of place, what should i do

I have one of these helicopters for my son and he has hours of fun really is a great helicopter for the money.
